Ella is a Design student at Goldsmiths University. She is in her final year and redesigning the cervical screening or ‘smear test’ in effort to close the gender health gap. Ella interned at Vulvarium in Austria for 6 weeks as part of their Vulva diversity and education project. She casted plenty of beautiful and unique vulvas as well as the created safe spaces for people to freely discuss Vulva education. Ella will be rejoining the Vulvarium team in Austria after she graduates and hopes to improve people’s health and well-being through communication and re-design.
